About our House
Discover paradise just a 5-minute walk from Grace Bay Beach. Immerse in world-class snorkeling at Princess Alexandra Reef. Your private guest house features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, A/C, Wi-Fi, a work desk, and a tranquil outdoor patio. Relax in the pool or enjoy the privacy of the garden lounging area. Other amenities include a dishwasher and laundry. Beach gear including beach chairs and beach umbrellas are provided. Your ultimate getaway awaits!
How to book
For booking inquiries, please contact us at sundream.gracebay@gmail.com with your group size and dates you wish to book. We will get back to you with availability shortly.
Check in time is 4pm and checkout time is 11am. All children under the age of 12 stay free but there are no extra beds provided in the rooms.
Air Conditioning
The entire house is air-conditioned.
Work and Play
There is also a work desk, a beautiful outdoor patio and a BBQ. There is a salt water swimming pool.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso Inissia Machine and Kitchenware.
Washer and Dryer
Washer and dryer are also available in your house.
Snorkelling Equipment
Snorkelling equipment, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella are provided.

Whether arriving by rental car or taxi, our house is conveniently located just a 12-minute drive from the airport. If you need information about airport shuttle services, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
“There was truly nothing we didn’t love about this place! [The hosts] provided such thorough directions and helpful recommendations that it was a breeze getting to the house. The house was absolutely beautiful….I loved the vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden, gray beams. The beds were extremely comfortable, there were plenty of towels, including 4 beach towels. I also appreciated the great pans which made cooking a breeze. The beach was a short walk down the road! Having a rental car is a must but parking was never any issue anywhere we went. When I return I will most definitely stay in this house again! We loved everything about it, including the gracious hosts!”
